Can the magnet design include our company logo?
Yes — every corporate package includes a fully custom design with your logo, brand colors and event name, with a digital proof for your approval before the event.
How much does a corporate event cost?
Live event packages run $499 (1 hr), $849 (2 hrs), $1,399 (4 hrs) and $1,999 (5 hrs, two photographers). A full Brand Activation with custom branded frames, branded display and a digital gallery starts at $1,499. Events above 500 guests are quoted custom.
Do you handle conferences and events with 500+ attendees?
Yes. For 500+ guests we build a custom quote with multiple roaming teams, extended hours and a dedicated point of contact. Tell us your guest count, venue and schedule on the inquiry form.
Do you work trade shows and product launches?
Yes — a roaming photo magnet setup is a strong trade-show draw since attendees take home a branded keepsake instead of throwaway swag.
Can you ship magnets to clients or employees who could not attend?
Yes — we can ship branded magnets directly to a client or employee list. Bulk pricing starts at $4.50 each for 50–99 magnets and drops to $2.50 each at 250–499.
Do you offer recurring corporate gifting?
Yes. Set up onboarding gifts, work-anniversary magnets, holiday gifts or client appreciation once, and we produce and deliver on your schedule. Ask for a quote based on quantity and delivery frequency.
Can we add a digital photo gallery or audio guestbook?
Yes. A private digital photo gallery is $199 and an audio guestbook is $299 as add-ons (the gallery is included with Brand Activation and the Grand package).
How does booking work and is a deposit required?
Send an inquiry and we reply within 24 hours with availability and an exact price. A $200 deposit secures your date and the remaining balance is due on the day of the event.
Is the experience bilingual?
Yes — our team serves English and French audiences, and designs can be bilingual for mixed Montréal teams.
